Dexia’s Business Gateway Programme Announces New Website
The Business Gateway, a private sector development programme funded by the European Union (EU) and being executed by DEXIA, is officially launching its website today from 9:00 a.m. at the Fort Young Hotel Conference Room, Roseau.
Under the EU’s Special Framework of Assistance (SFA) 2004, DEXIA, was awarded a Grant Contract to enhance the competitiveness of private sector entities in Dominica, in an effort to stimulate growth in exports.
With the world fast becoming a global market place, it is important that information is readily available and easily accessible. As part of the Business Gateway’s objective to enhance competitiveness of private sector firms in the manufacturing, agri-business, and service sectors, the website was created to improve access to information for our clients, to promote the actions of the funding agency the EU, the Programme and stakeholders, and also to serve as another medium of exposure for our clients.
The Business Gateway is being housed at the offices of DEXIA, Bay Front, Roseau, and is being implemented in collaboration with its partners WHITCO Development Institute, the Dominica Bureau of Standards, and the Dominica Hucksters Association,
